It could be worse
Bellevue suffers from all the maladies as Seattle does, and then some.
Driving amongst the self-important clueless soccer moms in their grotesquely oversized SUV's on their cellphones, shuffling the kids here and there is always a joy.
The city of Newcastle was created, so Bellevue wouldn't have to sit next to lowly Renton, on the map. Bellevue is still pissed off that it shares the same 425 area code with Renton.
I'm quite certain that the Bellevue police force was trained by the Nazi Third Reich.
FACTORIA: Bellevue, with a 1/3 less attitude, and a great deli (Goldberg's).
NEWCASTLE: "Why am I here? No, really...why am I here?"
The first time I went to Bellevue on business, I rerented the movie, "The Stepford Wives". It's way too close in comparison.
