I Hate Seattle

My wife and I just came back from Portland for the 3 day weekend. Why didn't we spend our time and money in our own home state's big city? Because Seattle is a rude, dirty, inefficient and smug shit hole of a city.
The differences between Portland and Seattle are amazing. In Portland, you can walk around town and actually see cops, people are pretty nice and even the pan handlers have some manners. In Seattle, the cops are scarce, the city is dirtier than hell, the pan handlers are rude assholes who stalk you around town.
Portland has their share of Liberal, granola eaters but they are NOT militant like the Seattle phony wanna be's. I am what you would consider a conservative but even I get along with the people of Portland cause they are well behaved and they are friendly. I may not agree politically but they are friendly.
Seattle is uptight, the people are rude and miserable and it shows. We won't be spending ANOTHER dime in Seattle. It's worth the short drive to Portland. Better yet, take Amtrak. Oh, and by the way Seattle, Ride the Portland MAX and see how a real light-rail system is supposed to operate!
