For such a swamp ass shit hole of a hill billy metro, I just received my water and sewer bills today. For one 1 person home, the 2 1/2 month costs are $58 for water, $104 for (sewer), and $90 for "sewer capacity charge". Such bullshit rates they got around here - $252 for 2 1/2 months of WATER service??
